Water Aerobics: Water Works
8:15 am – 9:15 am M-W-F
This is an upbeat class that uses all muscle groups in the upper and lower torso.
It includes energetic moves and arm work at a brisk pace. Class promotes body
awareness and spirited involvement.

Water Aerobics: Silver Splash
9:30am – 10:30am & 11:00 a.m.-12pm Mondays Wednesdays and Friday
This is a class that challenges the individual rather than competing with each
other. Get exactly the workout you want by working as hard or as easy as you
wish. Lots of stretching, arm work and cardio.

Water Aerobics: Making Waves
Intermediate to advanced water exercise that will trim and
tone your body, help to build better posture and will increase
your flexibility. This workout uses water weights and wall exercises. This class is a music based class and has music played from the 80's, 90's and today.

Water Aerobics: Aqua Moves
5:30-6:30 pm Mondays Wednesdays and Friday
Make some waves of your own with a variety of water
exercises. Focusing on strength and toning.

Grant County YMCA Swim Lesson
Swim Lesson Registration Form
Parent and Child Level 1&2 (ages 6 months to about 3 years)
- During parent child swim classes swimmers will learn the basics of swimming along with water enrichment and aquatic readiness to prepare for future lessons. Swimmers will Learn kicking, getting their faces wet along with learning how to float on their own.
- Level 1 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Level 2 5:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
- These classes are on Tuesday and Thursday
Preschool Level 1,2 &3 ( about 4 to 5 years old)
- During Preschool swim classes swimmers will learn how to hold their breath, kicking along with fast kicks, blowing bubbles and retrieve objects from the water. Swimmers will also learn how to use their arms to paddle, and will be introduced to underwater swimming.
- Level 1 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Level 2 5:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
- Level 3 6:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
- These classes are on Tuesday and Thursday
Learn to Swim Levels 1,2,3,4,5& 6 ( 6 years and up)
- During Learn to Swim classes your swimmer will learn how to swim a varity of different strokes, they will learn kicking with the kickboard, Back kicking, Streamline Kicking and a lot more skills that are offered in the class.
- Level 1&2 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Level 3&4 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Level 5&6 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
