Group Exercise Spring Schedule

 

 

  Corepole: AM A 40 minute class with a fresh, innovative exercise experience. You will immediately notice the unrivaled versatility and movement options that deliver strength, flexibility, and stability from this unique workout routine.

 

Group Strength: AM and PM A 60 minute class incorporating bands, balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight to build strength and agility. An exciting, innovative way to train all major muscle groups. All fitness levels welcome.

 

 Kettlebell: AM and PM A 30 minute class utilizing kettlebells to challenge hips, legs, and abdominals. Get ready to be  challenged. All fitness levels welcome.

 

  Genga: A 60 minute class for gentlemen only focused on posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxtion. Come ready to get in tune with your body. Yoga is the perfect addition to a strength and cardiovascular exercise program. Your body will love it.

 

  Silver Sneakers: is a benefit offered to members of many Medicare plans across the U.S. Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are offered for resistance. Chairs are used for seated or standing support.

 

Spinning: AM and PM A great bike ride inside! This indoor cycling class is an innovative program that focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance. Fun for all fitness levels. Free for Members.

 

Bosu Combo A 60 minute class combining cardio step and the bosu balance trainer; focusing on cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and balance. Bosu is one of the latest modalities in core strength development. All fitness levels welcome.

 

  Yoga: AM and PM A 60 minute class focused on posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Come ready to get in tune with your body. Yoga is the perfect addition to a strength and cardiovascular exercise program. Your body will love you for it. All fitness levels welcome (level 1 and level 2).

 

  Zumba: AM and PM 60 minute class based on Latin dance; high energy, lots of hips, and lots of fun. All fitness levels welcome

 

  Aqua Zumba: Join in and make a splash with zumba in the water.  A 60 minute class modifying the Latin dance moves in the  pool.  All fitness levels welcome. Thursdays and Saturdays. 

 

  Zumba Gold: A 45 minute class based on Latin dance; high energy, lots of hips, and lots of fun. Designed for beginners! All fitness levels welcome. 

 

  Boot Camp: A 60 minute class based on military style work out. Confuse your muscles with this fun and challanging kick butt exercise class. All fitness levels welcome. Work at your own pace.

 

Step Edge: AM 60 minute class using advanced creative choreography for a fun cardiovascular challenge. A basic undertstanding of step movements is helpful but not required.
