Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers is a benefit offered to member of many Medicare plans across the U.S. have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living. hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance. Chairs are used for seated or standing support.
